If there’s one thing I love about real estate, it’s that no two people are ever looking for the exact same thing.
For some of you, it’s buying your very first home and all the excitement (and slight panic) that comes with it. For others, it’s needing a bit more space, wanting a total change of scenery, finding that dream spot on the lake, or simply realizing it’s time for a new chapter. I love getting to know the person behind the move and figuring out what actually makes sense for you, not just what looks good on paper.
My real estate world spans Southern New Hampshire, the Lakes Region, and the North Shore of Massachusetts - all places I know inside and out and have been lucky enough to call home. I’m the agent who will talk through the pros and cons with you, tell you candidly when something doesn’t feel right, get just as excited as you are when we find "the one," and send you my favorite local coffee shop and dinner spots along the way.
I don't believe real estate should ever feel stuffy or overly complicated. I want you to feel completely comfortable asking questions, speaking your mind, and knowing you have someone truly in your corner. And yes that means I will always answer that “sorry, one more question…” text. Probably more than once!
My business is built entirely on relationships. I love being the person my clients call not just during a transaction, but long after the boxes are unpacked.
When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me rollerblading on the local rail trail, out on the boat on Lake Winnipesaukee, trying a new local restaurant, supporting small businesses, or escaping to Florida for some sun.
Something that has shaped me in a pretty profound way is my personal experience with hearing loss. After wearing a hearing aid since I was two and a half, I received a cochlear implant in 2022. When it was activated, I experienced sounds I had never heard in the same way before - everything from music and phone conversations to the wind in the trees and babies babbling.
It changed so much more than just the way I hear. It reminded me how much the little details matter, and how vital it is to truly listen.
That’s probably the best description of how I approach real estate, too:
