I’m Michelle LoPilato, a Realtor® with Jill & Co. Realty Group|REAL
I help people buy and sell homes throughout Essex County, Middlesex County, and Southern New Hampshire, generally focusing on communities within about an hour of Haverhill, Massachusetts.
For me, real estate has always been about more than properties. A home is where everyday life happens, families grow, and memories are made. My own experiences are a big part of why I approach real estate the way I do.
Why “Home” Means So Much to Me
I grew up in Massachusetts and moved frequently throughout my childhood. Because of that, I always dreamed about eventually having a place that truly felt like our family's home.
That dream became a reality in 2019 when my husband and I purchased our first home in Bradford, Massachusetts. Today, it’s where we’re raising our four children.
I had already loved real estate, home design, decorating, and seeing the potential in different properties. Going through the home-buying process myself gave that interest a deeper meaning. Eventually, I decided to take a leap of faith and turn that passion into a career, becoming licensed in real estate in 2023.
A People First Approach to Real Estate
Before becoming a Realtor®, I worked in healthcare during the day and bartended at night. Those experiences put me in contact with people from many different backgrounds and taught me how important listening, communication, patience, and trust can be.
Today, those skills are central to the way I work with my real estate clients.
One of the compliments that means the most to me is hearing that I make people feel comfortable. Buying or selling a home can involve a lot of moving pieces, and I don't want my clients to feel as though they're navigating them alone.
I focus on communicating clearly, staying organized, answering questions, and helping the process move as smoothly as possible.
Who I Help
I work with a wide range of residential real estate clients, including first time buyers, sellers, relocating families, downsizers, move up buyers, investors, and people exploring new construction.
My services include buyer and seller representation, listing and marketing homes, pricing and market analysis, negotiation, relocation assistance, first time buyer guidance, and helping clients understand their options as they prepare for their next move.
My primary service area includes Essex and Middlesex counties in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire, generally within approximately an hour of Haverhill.

LoPilato Living represents more than my interest in real estate. It reflects my belief that where and how we live matters.
When I’m not working in real estate, I enjoy decorating my own home, refurbishing old furniture, and spending time with my husband and our four children.
