Biography
Chuck Anderson’s journey in real estate began in 1998 when he purchased his first home. In 2009, during the market downturn, he began acquiring investment properties throughout Southern New Hampshire, the Lakes Region, and the Seacoast. That firsthand experience as a real estate investor continues to give Chuck a valuable perspective when helping his clients buy, sell, and invest.
After retiring from a career in Law Enforcement, Chuck followed his passion for real estate and became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New Hampshire.
Being both a Veteran and former First Responder, Chuck wanted to give back to those who serve. He started the Patriots Home Savings Program to help Veterans and First Responders potentially save thousands during the home buying or selling process. Chuck works closely with a team of real estate professionals serving Veterans, Law Enforcement officers, Firefighters, EMTs, and Paramedics.
Chuck is also an SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist®), helping seniors and their families with downsizing and other real estate needs. He also works with first-time homebuyers, investors, and vacation or second-home buyers.
Most importantly, Chuck loves working with people. He’s personable, laid-back, and known for his witty sense of humor—because buying or selling a home can be stressful enough without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
