Helping You Love Where You Live
I’ve had an interest in real estate for as long as I can remember. I’ve always admired homes—from beautiful luxury properties to quaint New England houses full of character. There’s something special about finding a place that feels like home, and I believe everyone deserves to truly love where they live.
I grew up as a beach girl in Gloucester, Massachusetts, and moved to Derry, New Hampshire, in 2009, where I bought my first home and built a life with my husband and our four children. After more than 15 years in Southern New Hampshire, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the communities, homes, and lifestyle this area offers.
Today, I’m a Realtor® licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts with Jill & Co. Realty Group, REAL Broker NH, LLC and REAL Broker MA, LLC. I serve buyers and sellers throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northeastern Massachusetts, including first-time buyers, families, move-up buyers, downsizers, 55+ clients, seniors, investors, vacation-home buyers, and people relocating between New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
My areas of expertise include buyer and seller representation, listing and marketing homes, pricing strategy, negotiation, relocation, downsizing, 55+ communities, investment properties, vacation homes, first-time home buying, market analysis, and local real estate knowledge.
Before becoming a Realtor® in 2023, I built my professional background in luxury customer service, high-end food and catering, sales leadership, and coordinating weddings and events. Those experiences taught me the importance of anticipating needs, communicating consistently, paying attention to details, staying resourceful, and—above all—taking exceptional care of the people who trust me.
That client-first mindset is at the heart of how I approach real estate.
I’m genuine with my clients because I believe you should always know exactly who you’re working with. I’m extremely responsive, communicative, patient, resourceful, and detail-oriented. I also bring genuine excitement to real estate and love helping people navigate the journey from where they are today to where they want to be next.
I hold the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designations, am a Certified Ethics Professional, and earned an Associate Degree in Human Services.
When I’m not working with clients or spending time with my family, I enjoy music of all kinds, art, getting lost in a good book, dancing like nobody’s watching, and writing poetry.
